Q. How can I order tickets by phone?
A. Call toll free 1-855-223-1008, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Central Time. (Additional $3 charge for ordering by phone)
Q. What age does a child need a ticket?
A. All patrons, ages 3 and older, need a ticket. Childcare will not be provided at the event.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No refunds or exchanges. If you end up with a change in plans or something unexpected coming up, The JOY FM (RTN) will gladly donate your tickets to someone who cannot afford to be in attendance. You may also gift your tickets to any friends, relatives or neighbors. Please know with your event ticket purchase, you are supporting the ministry of The JOY FM and Big Daddy Weave.
Q. I lost, can't find or can't print my ticket(s). Help!
A. Get tickets resent to your email: http://attendstar.com/tickets. Please have plenty of ink before printing your tickets.
Q. I didn't receive my tickets!
A. Check your spam and junk mail folders. The number one reason customers do not get their tickets is because the tickets ended up in their email's spam/junk email folders. Search for the tickets in your email's search box by typing in "AttendStar" or "firstname.lastname@example.org"

DOORS, PARKING & SEATING
Q. What time do doors open?
A. General Admission doors open at approximately 6:05pm, Start time is at 7pm. Door times may vary. Please check your type of ticket for door times and instructions.
Q. What is parking like?
A.The Charlotte Harbor Event and Conference Center offers 240 free onsite parking spaces. Additional parking within walking distance.
Q. Will there be an early JOY FM MMMP entrance?
A. There will be an early JOY FM MMMP entrance at approx. 5:55pm, a few minutes before doors open for the general public. MMMP card allows early entry up to five people. MMMP's are monthly supporters of the station of $30 or more a month.
Q. I need accessible seating and/or have special seating needs based on a medical condition. What do I do?
A. You can proceed by purchasing your ticket(s). Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the door time on your ticket and check in with our staff at the Will Call/Box Office table. They will assist you from there.
Q. What is the seating like? What does General Admission mean?
A. First come, first serve seating. No saving seats at any time at the venue. Ticket Buyer agrees that if seats are saved for other Ticket Buyers not currently present at the venue on day of show, those seats may and shall be given to other Ticket Buyers who have been waiting in line at the venue, by an usher at any time.
Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. Still cameras are allowed. No video equipment or outside food or drink allowed.
Q. Will there be child care provided?
A. No child care will be provided at the event.
THIRD PARTY TICKET RESELLERS - Please Note:
The only way to know the tickets that you have purchased are authentic, is to buy them directly through The JOY FM and Attendstar, or get them at the box office onsite day of show. These tickets will always be 100% authentic. The JOY FM’s ticketing software company, Attendstar, does not work with any third party ticket resellers, such as StubHub, Vivid Seats, etc. If you purchase a ticket from a third party website, The JOY FM cannot guarantee entry and the tickets may be fraudulent. Please understand, that the tickets you purchase from a third party website my look authentic but in almost all cases they are not. Be aware that you may be denied entry and no refund will be given.
Can someone transfer fake tickets? Reseller tickets are not approved and can be fake, even if they look like they came from The JOY FM. The best way to protect yourself is to purchase your tickets directly through The JOY FM at www.thejoyfm.com and then click on Box Office. You will never get a fraudulent ticket this way.

By attending any event by Radio Training Network, Inc., you assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19 or any other communicable disease or illness, or a bacteria, virus, or other pathogens capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however, caused or contracted, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against Radio Training Network, Inc., The JOY FM, Charlotte Harbor Event & Conference Center, Big Daddy Weave, Anne Wilson, GOA Music Inc., the event promoters, sponsors, operators, contractors, agencies, advertisers, and/or vendors, and each of their affiliated companies, and any of the respective present and future parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, members, officers, directors, employees, stakeholders, shareholders, agents, insurers, representatives, successors and assigns of each of the foregoing entities and persons relating to such risks.
